Is the design on the front or the back?
The main slogan lives on the back, big and loud. A small Kimchi Kult Co. logo sits on the chest. Each product page shows exactly where everything goes.
How long will my order take?
Every piece is made to order just for you, so allow 2–5 business days before it ships. Delivery then usually takes 3–8 business days to the US, UK and EU, a little longer elsewhere. You'll get a tracking link by email the moment it leaves.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, to most countries. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout before you pay, with no surprises.
How do the sizes fit?
Our tees and long sleeves are a unisex regular fit. Check the size chart on each product. Between sizes or want that oversized look? Size up.
Can I return or exchange?
Because every item is made to order, we can't take returns for the wrong size or a change of heart, so please check the size chart. If your order arrives misprinted, damaged or wrong, email us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we'll replace it free.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Message us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll do our best. After that it's usually already being made.
How do I wash it?
Inside out, cold water, no bleach. Hang dry or tumble dry low. Never iron directly on the print. Treat it well and it'll outlive your group chat.
Are the slogans offensive?
They're cheeky, not cruel. If you're easily offended, this may not be your shop. Our competitors are very polite.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major cards and PayPal. Extra options like Apple Pay and Google Pay show up at checkout depending on your country.
